Description:

VMC650 is a compact 3-axis vertical CNC machining center with automatic tool changer, also known as CNC vertical milling machine. It adopts vertical spindle layout with BT40 taper spindle, independently developed high-rigidity cast iron frame and linear guide transmission system, integrating milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and contour processing in one single setup.

All main structural parts (base, column, saddle, worktable) are made of high-grade gray cast iron with double aging vibration relief treatment, dense rib reinforcement design to eliminate internal casting stress, guaranteeing long-term stable rigidity and anti-vibration performance during heavy cutting and high-speed finishing.
